Retail Purchases
For retail purchases we aim to ship your order next working day with standard delivery times or around 3 – 5 days. Please note delivery times are an estimate and you will be updated when your purchase has been dispatched.
At Archerfield we specially select our products and services to provide the highest quality, from time to time we do understand that the product purchased may not be suitable for you. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then we are here to help.
Returns
Should you need to return your purchase you have 30 working days from the date you have received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that your received it. Your item must also be returned in the original packaging.
Please note any food items purchased from the Archerfield at Home food range are not eligible for return.
Refund
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. We will then notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the card used at the time of purchase (only the original payment card will be used).
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
